We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without notice if we believe you are in breach of this Disclaimer or applicable law.

Exchange rates and fees shown on public pages (e.g., currency calculators) are indicative only and subject to change without notice. The actual rate applicable to your transaction will be provided at the time of the transaction confirmation.

MoneyHome makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, MH World GmbH and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents exclude all liability for any loss or damage including, without limitation:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;

• Damages caused by viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment or mobile device due to your use of the Platform.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to us via the Platform or email.

MoneyHome will never ask you for your password or PIN via email or SMS. If you receive such a request, please disregard it and contact us immediately.

MoneyHome has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing these links is at your own risk.

The Platform is directed to people residing in Switzerland. We do not represent that content available on or through the Platform is appropriate or available in other locations. We may limit the availability of our Platform or any service to any person or geographic area at any time.

MH World GmbH is a financial intermediary operating in compliance with Swiss laws.

We are affiliated with ARIF (Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financiers), a self-regulatory organisation recognised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
